Are black people less evolved?

No one evolved from Apes it just lies they want to say. A black person can be as smart as a white person or who ever else. White people aren't the only smart people in the world you have smart people in all races just like you have people who aren't educated in all races. Who ever this James Watson is he seems so uneducated. He probably haven't even been around any black people. You can't believe anything that people (James Watson) say
