Is it possible to be both things?

teachers say i would be a good celebrity journalist. since im very friendly and social and love asking questions.so i want to study journalism. but im also interested in doing hair and makeup and nails. a beautician i guess? i want to know. what is the salary for both? and would i be able to study for both of them? im planning ahead. im 14 and im very curious. i want to be out of my parents home before 21 (: hehe thanks
