Does my landlady have the right to do these things?

When you signed your tenancy agreement, there should have been information in there about your landlady's right to enter your property. When I rented a house, my landlord had put in the contract that he could give 1 weeks notice to come and inspect the property, he never excersised the right but I knew he was able to if he so wished.
