Can someone tell me if my story idea is good so far? "Dear, Mrs. Watson?

Ok, I’m just 20 days removed from high school, and not so sure what I’m going to do with myself for the rest of my life. My passion is writing and I’ve written a couple poems and short stories. I didn’t have the grades or money at the moment to head off to college. Can anybody get me published? Because I promise I can write some of the best stuff. Well I’ve had an idea for a new short story and here it goes.. (This story is about a shy young boy ( a freshman) at Ellsberg High school whose academic skills make him an outcast among his peers. The new 9th grade teacher has just arrived, she’s beautiful, intelligent, and everything you could ever want. Her name is Mrs. Watson, a married woman and just shy of her 35th birthday. Beyond the classroom she is tortured by her alcoholic abusive husband. One day as the young boy is sitting all alone after class she approaches him, and it starts out as an innocent conversation, but after awhile it involves into something more than they could have imagined. They have an ongoing affair during the current school year, and start to share each others life stories and secrets. One night the boy witnesses his own teacher get beat on by her abusive husband, he wants her to tell somebody but she refuses. The only way she feels that she can be completely safe is if she murders her own husband. She than tells the boy the plan, but not her doing the killing but the boy himself. So the boy commits this murder in an attempt to please his lover/teacher…. Anybody like it so far? I'm open to anyone's advice!! I really need a place to get started..
