Does this guy like me back?

was dating my neighbor when i first moved in. we wound up going all the way etc.. hes 27 im 30. we had our first fight n we kept having rocky turbulent times ever sicne. for one thing he is a drunk and mean when hes drunk. i had my ex come over and he got very jealous n asked me back out. i had said no but wound up falling for him agani and we wound up getting together again. thigns got broken off by both of us because of fights we had when he was drunk. well, recently his stoner friend moved in. i tried being nice asking them to stop the weed cause it was comin thru my wall. he blew up at me, so i threatend to tell the landlady. he said he never wants to speak to me again becaue i supposedly made his only friend leave. well i smellin the weed about a month and tryin to wait for his friend to leave but it became apparant he never will, so i wound up telling the landaldy. now i know i cant talk to him he sai never contact him and i told on him. there is only one problem i am still in love with him. i opened my window and was playing my Savage Garden cd really loud. for those of you who dont know its love songs on it. i know his window was open cause i smelled his incense. does it sound like it would be obvious to him that i am obsessin over him? do you think he liked it ?
