How do i break a lease agreement if i am one of 4 tenants?

I am one of four tenants in a home. Due to financial disputes, lack of legal power to kick a roommate out and not getting help from the landlady, I wish to break my lease while leaving the other 3 tenants here so I can go out and find an apartment by myself. How do I go about doing this?
