Is my ex not over me or just mad ?

I dated the neighbor(we share a wall in townhomes). well it didnt work out. long story short, after the breakup he had a friend move in who was smoking weed.it was coming thru our wal. i have a little one. i tried talking to him but he screamed at me. i waited about 2 months before i finally said something to the landlady. i dont know if she did anything or what. anyhow my daughter had this bouncy ball he gave her (he has a collection of them they look like pool balls and he juggles with them). she didnt want it and i didnt want the reminder of him, but to be nice, instead of tossing it away i set it outside his door. well tonight, he was bouncing hte bouncy ball against the wall where our apartments adjoin for like half an hour. he never used to do that before hed bounce it on the floor or other walls but not ours. i was getting mad and was tempted to pound on the wall back, bu tif i did that he'd know it was getting to me and do it more. do u think he is not over me yet or just mad about me telling the landlady ?? what should i do just ignore it or tell on him again ? thanks
