Leaving a lease early, -what are my options? HELP!?

I find it odd your landlord would agree to anything less than $750, but given she wrote that in the lease then $125 is the only logical amount you should pay. Your roommates are trying to game the system by saying your rent is now $375 which would reduce how much they owe.
